Open it and click on registration.

(3) Now go to Run And Type Notepad

Now right click on hosts file cand go to it propertiess, then go to security tab and 

then select your adminf account, just below u will see an edit button (in front of change perdmissions),

  Now sw  give the u ser full control and write and readf rights and then click on applyy and then 

click on Ok, now u will be  sable to edit th e hosts file and save changes in it.

(This is for only those who cant save file due to administration Permission.)

 Now open idm and if again it asks for a serial key fill the form

Now you have your own registered IDm Free.
